Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy: Here is the BTS video of the period drama

Telugu superstar Chiranjeevi’s upcoming magnum opus ‘Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy‘ is one of the much-awaited films of the year. The popular actor will be seen depicting the role of Andhra freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy in the period drama. The movie also features Amitabh Bachchan as spiritual leader Gosayi Venkanna, guru to Chiranjeevi’s character. After sharing some amazing posters and pictures the makers have now shared a BTS video.

The Sudheer Reddy-directorial will release in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi. Farhan Akhtar who is presenting the Hindi version of the film too shared a video on his social media handle.

The period drama retells the story of the Kurnool-based freedom fighter’s battle against the British. Apparently, his revolt against the oppressive British Raj came much before the first revolt of Independence in 1857. The teaser of the film will be unveiled on August 20th.

The magnum opus also stars Anushka Shetty, Nayanthara, Tamannaah Bhatia, Sudeep, Vijay Sethupathi and Jagapathi Babu. Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy is being produced by Ram Charan Teja under his home banner Konidela Production Company. The film is slated to release on October 2, 2019.
