Hacked: Rohan Shah to play Hina Khan’s obsessive lover in Vikram Bhatt’s next

TV actress Hina Khan, who was last seen playing the role of ‘Komolika’ in ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’, is all set to play an ambitious role in Bollywood film. Hina Khan is all set to start shooting for Vikram Bhatt’s next film which is likely to go on floors from August-end. Hina Khan has taken a break from television to pursue her career in Hindi film.

TV actor Rohan Shah, who has previously worked in Bollywood’s Krrish 3 and several TV shows, will be seen opposite Hina Khan in Vikram Bhatt’s film, which is titled ‘Hacked’.

According to BollywoodLife, Rohan Shah will be playing an 18-year old boy, who falls in love with Hina Khan’s character. He will then turn out to be her obsessed lover.

The sources further added, “Vikram was convinced that Rohan is the guy he wants when he met him for the first time. The story is primarily about Shah’s love for an older girl and how it transforms into an obsession and social media has a major part to play in this fixation.”

Hacked is going to be Rohan Shah’s second Bollywood movie after 2013 release Krrish 3, where he played Vivek Oberoi’s teenage version.

Confirming the news, Rohan told Bollywood Life, “I’m really excited to play this character. I have never played such a role or seen such an intense character on the screen for a long time. My character is primarily the reason behind all the twists in the film, so it’s like a dream come true for an actor.”

Speaking about sharing the frame with Hina, the actor added, “I’ve just met her for one reading. I haven’t had a chance to interact with her or seen her work. But I know her since she is a big name in the TV industry.”

Hacked is expected to go on floors from August 20.
