Dil Mein Mars Hai song from Mission Mangal is an inspirational number

Last week, Akshay Kumar, Vidya Balan, Taapsee Pannu, Sonakshi Sinha, Kirti Kulhari, Nithya Menen and Sharman Joshi came together to unveil the trailer of Mission Mangal. While the trailer that’s high on aspirational value seems to have found favour with the audience, the film’s team has now launched the first song titled ‘Dil Mein Mars Hai’ today.

The song is sung by Benny Dayal & Vibha Saraf with inspirational lyrics penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya. It is composed & Produced by Amit Trivedi

The inspirational track is more like an anthem that plays out at different junctures in the film. It binds the story together. Each scientist working on Mission Mangal has its own idea for this ambitious venture but faces roadblocks while executing them. But they use their skills to make the mission a success.

Mission Mangal is based on the Mars Orbiter Mission (MOM), also called Mangalyaan, carried out by a team of scientists at Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO). With the mission, India became the first Asian nation to reach Martian orbit and the first nation in the world to do so in its maiden attempt.

Directed by Jagan Shakti, Mission Mangal in collaboration with R Balki and jointly produced by Fox Star Studios and Cape Of Good Films.

It is scheduled to release on Independence Day (August 15) this year. It might clash with Prabhas starrer ‘Saaho’ and John Abraham’s ‘Batla House’.
