Dilnaz Irani to be seen in bold women-oriented web series

Dilnaz Irani — who has previously worked in Bollywood movies such as 68 Pages and Jodhaa Akbar — is all set enthral the audience with women-oriented web series. According to reports, Dilnaz Irani starrer women-themed web series will go on floors in September 2019.

Dilnaz Irani said, unlike other women-oriented films or web series, this will explore a little bit different story and will focus on millions of females who fall between good looking women or fat girls. The director of the series wants to deep dive into the real issues that millions of females are facing nowadays.

“There have been many female-dominated web products before, but most of them focus only on good-looking ladies wearing designer threads. But what about the real women? It is quite sad that everyone talks only about either the fat girl or the beauty. But what about the millions of females who fall in between? Also, why is it that a strong woman can’t cry?,” Irani told IWMBuzz.com.

“Since Aditi does not want to compromise on the script, she prefers to make it and then pitch it to various platforms rather than preselling it, which will then take away the control from her,” added Dilnaz.

The leggy lass has played the role of mother in popular web series Ragini MSS and a hard-nosed cop in Vikram Bhatt’s Twisted 2. Dilnaz Irani will be next seen in TVF’s web series titled Cheesecakes, which should come out soon.
