Bandobast: SS Rajamouli shares first look poster of Suriya-Mohanlal starrer

SS Rajamouli has today unveiled the first look poster of Suriya-Mohanlal’s action-thriller Bandobast. It is the Telugu dubbed of Tamil film Kaappaan. Rajamouli shared the poster on his Twitter handle and wished the entire team all the best for the movie.

The movie has been directed by cinematographer KV Anand who is also one of the best directors in South. He is known for his thrillers like Ayan, Ko and Anegan among others.

Bandobast also has husband-wife duo Arya, Sayyeshaa, Chirag Jani and Boman Irani. Suriya has donned the role of a police officer and from the first look poster, it looks like an edgy and action-packed thriller. This is Suriya’s third film with KV Anand. Earlier he had done Ayan and Maatraan with the director.

In the poster, Surya has sported a moustache and Mohanlal looks intense in it.

The movie is being produced by Lyca Productions and the music of the film is given by Harris Jayaraj and MS Prabhu. It is slated to hit the screens on August 30, 2019.

On the professional front, Suriya is busy shooting for Soorarai Pottru, a political film directed by Sudha Kongara and produced by Suriya.
