The actress of the film Sai Pallavi in a recent interview to The Hindu revealed how Selvaraghavan made a strict rule on the sets of NGK. “Selva sir told me that the sets would be really quiet. No phones were allowed, no relatives, and you could only have one assistant who does hair and makeup, and then they must leave the set immediately after. I was wondering how can a set be quiet? I didn’t take any of it seriously, and I remember thinking let’s see how long he’s going to hold on to all of this. And let me tell you, till the last day of the shoot, there was pin-drop silence on the sets. If I heard a voice, then it would be my own if I was screaming or crying,” she said.
