BTS’s “MIC Drop” Garners 500 Million Views, Becomes Their 4th MV After DNA, Fire And Fake Love
The Bangtan Boys (BTS) — South Korean Boyband group has achieved yet another milestone. Yes, BTS’ music video titled ‘MIC Drop (Steve Aoki Remix)’, which was released on 24 November 2017 has garnered more than 500 million views on YouTube. It is to be noted that South Korea has several boyband groups but BTS is the only group that has reached the milestone on popular video streaming platform.
Interestingly, this is BTS’ fourth music video to reach this milestone after “DNA,” “Fire,” and “Fake Love.”

Prior to ‘MIC Drop (Steve Aoki Remix)’, the comeback trailer for “Love Yourself: Her” had garnered more than 100 million views on YouTube. The video was a part of BTS member Jimin’s solo track “Serendipity”.
It is the intro track for BTS’s 2017 album “Love Yourself: Her”. This is about one year, eight months since the video’s release on September 5, 2017.
BTS has been taking the world by storm through their music videos.
