Vivek Oberoi, Esha Deol, Anil Kapoor and others congratulate BJP MP Sunny Deol on his win
Sunny Deol contested against Congress candidate Sunil Jakhar from Gurdaspur constituency, Punjab.
Lok Sabha Election 2019 results were announced yesterday and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) came for the second term after the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance got 352 out of 543 seats. It was indeed a historic win for the BJP as the party broke its own record of 2014 election with the majority of seats. Sunny Deol who contested against Congress candidate Sunil Jakhar from Gurdaspur constituency of Punjab won by 82, 459 votes.

His family members including his father, half-sister Esha Deol, brother Bobby Deol, son Karan Deol and Bollywood peers like Anil Kapoor, Vivek Oberoi among others wished the BJP MP.

Sunny Deol’s step-mom Hema Malini also won the Lok Sabha Election from Mathura constituency. She won the seat by a margin of 2,93,471 votes. It’s a double celebration for the family as both Hema Malini and Sunny Deol won the election.
