Laxmmi Bomb: Director Raghava Lawrence quits Akshay Kumar starrer
Laxmmi Bomb is the remake of super-hit Tamil horror comedy Kanchana that was supposed to be directed by Raghava Lawrence.
It came as a shock to us when the director of Laxmmi Bomb, Raghava Lawrence released a statement that he has quit the movie. Yesterday, he took to his Twitter handle giving the reason why he decided to leave the movie. He wrote, “In this world, more than money and fame, self-respect is the most important attribute to a person’s character.” There are many reasons why he quit the movie, one is that the first poster of the movie was released without his knowledge and discussing anything with him. Laxmmi Bomb is the remake of super-hit Tamil horror comedy Kanchana.

The first look poster of the film featuring Akshay Kumar was released on Saturday i.e on May 18. The actor took to social media to release the first look poster. Sharing the poster, he wrote, “Bringing you one bomb of a story,#LaxmmiBomb starring @Advani_Kiara & yours truly! Bursting in cinemas on 5th June,2020.”
