‘Game of Thrones Season 8’ Bran Stark reveals secret to his creepy stare
Game of Thrones Season 8: Bran Stark aka Issac Hempstead Wright spills the bean on Bran’s dead creepy stare
The much-loved fantasy drama ‘Game Of Thrones’ is back with the new season and fans are over the moon to see their favorite characters coming together to fight the Night King and his army of the dead. One of the most popular characters of the show is Bran Stark aka Issac Hempstead Wright. His creepy stare in the first episode of the latest season has been the talk of the day.
The youngster who was just 10 years old when he started shooting for the show recently opened up about his character on the final season of the show. He explained why his character Bran’s stare comes across as creepy on the show. The reason behind the creepy stare he revealed is that he is completely blind without his glasses during the shooting so his gaze often comes across as creepy or dead straight.
The youngster opened up about it on Jimmy Kimmel Live and said, “I don’t have my glasses and I don’t have contact lenses. I need them to see.”
He also recalled an amusing incident during the filming of the show when actress Sophie Turner who plays Sansa Stark praised him and said, “Isaac, your stare is like you’re staring into my soul”, and I was like, “I can’t see you. That’s why’.”
He also opened up on which side his character is, he said, “I think he’s the Three-Eyed Raven, who is definitely on the side of the living.”
On being prodded about the other theory that suggests he is the Night King he neither admitted or denied it.
The second episode of season 8 will stream on Hot Star on April 21, 2019 at 6am.
