Akshara Hasaan becomes victim of cyber crime, private images leaked on social media

Social media is a proper platform for connectivity with near and dear ones. It also helps the user to share information. However, the negative side is more dangerous than the positive one. Recently, Kamal Haasan’s daughter and actress Shruti Haasan’s sister Akshara Haasan became the latest victim of cyber crime, whose private pictures were leaked and spread all over social media like wildfire.

Akshara — who made her debut with Amitabh Bachchan and Dhanush in the movie Shamitabh — was making the headlines after her private photos were leaked, due to a reported case of hacking. These pictures are being shared with hashtags that are alarming. Though snaps are going viral, it is not confirmed if the pictures are really of Akshara Haasan. The actress however, did not comment on the issue.

This is not the first time that social media accounts were hacked. Previously too, actress Amy Jackson’s account was also hacked, to which she had replied, as Mid-Day quoted, “I was shocked when this happened. This isn’t a trivial matter and has to be taken up seriously. I will register a complaint with the cyber crime cell in London and ensure the hackers are taken to task. Cyber safety is the need of the hour.”

There is no report if any official complaint has been registered of not, however, we hope the matter will be sorted soon.
