Shraddha Kapoor shares her first look of Saina Nehwal biopic

Biopics on eminent figures in sports have been quite common in Bollywood of late and the latest entrant in that list is the biopic on India’s star badminton player Saina Nehwal, who is going to be played on screen by none other than Shraddha Kapoor.

The Aashiqui 2 actress who will play Saina on screen has already started shooting for the biopic and she revealed her first look of the movie in an Instagram post on Saturday.

While talking about the star shuttler, Shraddha, in an interaction with Mumbai Mirror had said, “Saina is the country’s sweetheart, a champion and a youth icon. It’s a challenging role for an actor as it requires an immense amount of transformation.”
The much-awaited biopic, which is directed by Amole Gupte has got its shooting started.
