Minor girl raped, killed in Dehradun by labour
In another mortifying incident of crime against a minor, a 11-year-old girl was raped and killed allegedly by a labourer in the Sahaspur in Dehradun.
The minor was lured by Jay Prakash Tiwari (32) a resident of Uttar Pradesh’s Faizabad district, while she was playing with two boys by offering her money to buy sweets, on Saturday. Tiwari then kept the girl with him by offering money for candies and sent the two boys to buy chocolates.
He raped and killed her when she began shouting for help, Sahaspur Station House Officer Narendra Rathore said. He also added that the victim belonged to a family of labourers from Madhya Pradesh.
