Nitish Kumar has relaxed certain provisions of prohibition in the state today. Mr Kumar’s cabinet scrapped some of the stringent provisions of prohibition, like sealing of a campus where liquor bottle have been found. Thus, giving enough points to the critics who considered that the liquir ban was a failure.
