Virushka: The ‘litterbug’ serves notice to couple
Last week, Virat Kohli had tweeted a video of Anushka Sharma almost giving a dressing down to a guy sitting in a chauffeur driven luxury car for throwing plastic out of the car’s window. “Why are you throwing garbage on the road? Why are you throwing plastic on the road? Please be careful. Don’t throw plastic like that on the streets. Use a dustbin,” Anushka was seen saying in the video.
Saw these people throwing garbage on the road & pulled them up rightfully. Travelling in a luxury car and brains gone for a toss. These people will keep our country clean? Yeah right! If you see something wrong happening like this, do the same & spread awareness. @AnushkaSharma pic.twitter.com/p8flrmcnba

The post went viral. The issue great rapidly after Singh uploaded a post online in which he apologized for ‘carelessly littering a sq mm of plastic while driving’, but added that the actress could use some ‘etiquette and politeness’ in her speech.
Now, Anushka Sharma and her cricketer-husband Virat Kohli have been served a ‘legal notice’ by the man, Arhhan Singh, who was scolded by the actress for ‘littering in public’.
Gitanjali Singh, the mother of Arhhan Singh who is apparently an actor and have shared screen space with superstar shahrukh khan, confirmed to the press that he has sent a legal notice to the couple but denied to express any comments further on same in terms of content.“Sorry, I cannot give any comments,” she said, on Sunday.
Arhhan too declined to make any comments right now. His lawyer Veena Advani said, “There is so much to say for our client Arhhan Singh, who has been publicly condemned … We have sent a notice on his behalf to Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma. The ball is now tossed over to them…let us wait for the true spirit of sportsmanship to emerge.” She too declined to say what exactly the notice said.
Social media was divided. While some applauded the actress for giving a ‘piece of mind to these idiots’, others said the couple’s main motive was to just put the video out on social media. Minister of state for home affairs Kiren Rijiju too had slammed critics of the couple.
Let’s go through some of the social media updates supporting both the parties on the matter:
I'm sure #ArhanSingh would have gone back home and masturbated thinking of #AnushkaSharma.
All these posts and all he has put up is just drama.. I mean I would pay to get scolded at by Anushka, if I could see her for real

C'mon, Virat & Anushka need publicity!! They would rather crave for privacy!! Our conduct reflects our mentality. Civic sense is social ethics and ethical behaviour doesn't come with wealth & education. Let's keep India clean. #SwachhBharat
