Tejashwi Prasad Yadav is the eldest son of Rashtriya Janata Dal president Lalu Prasad Yadav. He is the current leader of opposition in Bihar Legislative Assembly and the youngest opposition leader in the country. With him being elected as the Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar, it marked a spectacular comeback even for his father Lalu Prasad Yadav who had been in the political doldrums after suffering decisive defeats in consecutive state and central polls.

Facts about Tejashwi Prasad Yadav — The Central Bureau of Investigation registered a case of corruption against Yadav and his family on July 5, 2017. On July 27, the Enforcement Directorate registered another criminal case under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act.

Facts about Tejashwi Prasad Yadav — Tejashwi Yadav served as the deputy Chief Minister for the state of Bihar between Nov 2015 and July 2017.
