2019 Billboard Music Awards: The best and the worst dressed celebrities

The prestigious Billboard Music Awards kicked off at the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas on May 1, 2019. The event was a well-attended affair with A-list Celebrities sashaying down the red carpet in their designer best. Renowned for serving up the most outrageous fashion of awards season, we saw Kelly Clarkson and Ciara posed up for the Billboard cameras, a scantily clad Cardi B showed off a rock-hard six-pack, just 10 months after giving birth.
