2.0 is one of the most anticipated films of the year starring Akshay Kumar and Rajinikanth in pivotal roles. The sci-fi action thriller has faced numerous delays because of different reasons.
However, now the wait is finally over as Karan Johar took to Twitter to announce that the film’s teaser will be out on September 13.
Akshay Kumar also took to his Twitter handle to say, “Prepare for #2Point0! Teaser out on September 13, 2018.”
Akshay Kumar will be portrayed as the antagonist, Dr Richard. The film also marks Akshay’s debut in the Tamil film industry.
Actress Amy Jackson will play an important role in the film. Apart from her, the film also stars Sudhanshu Pandey, Adil Hussain, Kalabhavan Shajohn and Riyaz Khan.
The makers had announced the release date of November 29 because of VFX work still remaining.
